A little bit about myself:
Judy Yu was born in Taiwan and immigrated to Canada in 1970. Vancouver has been her home. After graduating from University of B.C. , she worked as a social worker for 10 years. In 1985, she made a decision to pursue a career in real estate. 20 years later, she still enjoys selling real estate in Vancouver.
Judy believes in providing quality service to her clients. Her dedication, honesty, professionalism and knowledge have earned her a client list based on referrals.
Her skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving, legal interpretation and market evaluation have made her a successful realtor. Being fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese also helps to bring more understanding in both Canadian and Asian markets. Her services include residential and commercial sales and property management.
Being President of the Vancouver Mandarin Lions Club and Director of the Chinese Women Entrepreneurs Association also gives her a chance to do charity and community work.
